RETURN POLICY & RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

You can cancel your purchase by contacting us and returning your item. Make sure you have your order number available. It is possible to return your product within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipments and costs. We will issue a refund for the return once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipments and costs. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in-transit so please save your package's return tracking number until you have received a return confirmation from us. You are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the package are returned in the same condition as they were sent so remember to pack the product well so that it isn't damaged during transport.

Please note that your right to return does not apply to the following types of goods:

  • Goods with broken seal or packaging
  • Items that have a bad best-before date or that have become old.
  • Products with special conditions 
  • Unredeemed packages ( read below)

Refund

Our return handling usually takes between 5-20 working days, please contact us if you haven't received a refund after this period. Once we have received and approved your return, the money will be refunded according to the payment method you used at the time of purchase. Card payments are credited and the amount is visible at your account within 7 days. 

Please note that if you buy one of our packages and return one or more products, we reserve the right to debit the individual products you keep at full price and thus only refund the difference between that amount and the value of the returned product. If you place a purchase with the discount code 3 for 2, and want to return any item, we reserve the right to charge the products you keep at full price.

Unredeemed packages

If you chose a shipping method to your local pick-up office, your shipment normally remain at the post office for a maximum amount of days, depending on your country. If you do not redeem your package within these days or refuse to collect it, it will be returned to us. We will then charge you a shipping fee and shipping cost for the return, currently a maximum of EUR 29,9.
It is your responsibility as a customer to provide us with your right address. If the currier wont be able to find your house or street the package will be sent back to us and be handled as a unredeemed package. 

Exchanges

We currently offer no exchanges. If you want a different taste, you must return the original order and place a new order on our site.
